In this role, you’ll help build and scale a digital platform that connects various stakeholders from field teams to operations to ensure smooth delivery of essential services.
Your Responsibilities:
* Product Development: Lead feature development from concept to deployment across web applications.
* Backend Engineering: Build scalable APIs and services using Django and Python.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering leaders in a remote-first, highly collaborative environment.
* Problem Solving: Apply creativity and pragmatism to challenges across logistics, scheduling, and operational data workflows.
* Platform Evolution: Contribute to the product roadmap, with opportunities to shape the future of the platform including integrations with AI, data analytics, and automation tools.
Requirements:
* Proven experience with Python and the Django framework in a professional setting.

Salary Range:
