Job Summary:
Worksop is a busy corps (Church) with an active programme for both adults and children. The role of Administrator is to provide a wide range of administrative and practical support to the corps (church), under the direction of the Corps Officer. The successful applicant will enjoy supporting and enhancing the smooth running of our corps and the work it does in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
The Administrator will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative support to enhance the smooth running of the corps, including dealing with enquires from the public and assisting with financial processes.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
1. Awareness of Health & Safety and Safeguarding matters and experience of working within standard policies and procedures
2. Experience of providing administration support with an ability to prioritise, organise and manage your own workload to meet objectives
3. An ability to work within The Salvation Army’s Christian ethos and key values
