Job Description
Brook Street are currently recruiting for a Admin Officer to work in the Newcastle District Probate Registry.
You will be based in North Shields and will be responsible for a range of admin duties.
Duties Include but are not limited to-
1. Post opening and dispatch
2. Checking and preparing papers and files for Probate Service Processes
3. Photocopying
4. Filing
5. Creating and updating records on in-house computer system - data inputting
6. Post holder will be required to work in a flexible way and undertake any other general office admin duties reasonably requested by line Management
Skills Required-
Someone who:
7. Has fast and accurate data inputting skills, general IT skills as well as good knowledge of Word and Excel
8. Can identify, prioritise, plan effectively and is target driven and is a good Team player
9. Can communicate clearly, behave professionally and deliver excellent customer service
10. 5 GCSE's including maths and English or equivalent
Monday - Friday
37 hours per week
Flexible start time between 8:00 - 9:00
Pay - £11.44ph
This is a temporary role with an urgent start date, the end date is expecting to be 16th August 2024. The job is based on a 37 hour week, working Monday to Friday. Location is ideal for public transport.
