The HR department is a central hub for employee support, organisation, information, and training. As HR & Training Coordinator, you'll be working closely with the HR Manager and the wider team to ensure smooth delivery of HR services and processes. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, detail-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities. You'll be the go-to person for handling employee queries, maintaining records and systems, and supporting both HR and training activities across the site. Key Responsibilities HR Support Manage the HR mailbox and act as a first point of contact for employee queries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and files. Update HR systems and databases regularly. Administer the full employee lifecycle process (onboarding, offboarding, changes). Coordinate new starter inductions and conduct exit interviews. Draft and send formal HR letters and documentation. Record and monitor employee absences. Provide ad-hoc support to the HR Manager and team as required.
