Hays are working in partnership with a leading global, multidisciplined engineering and constructionpany to recruit a Graduate Chemical Engineer. This contractor provides a wide range of construction services across infrastructure sectors, including rail, water, power, and natural resources.
Your new role
1. Assist in the design of hydraulic and chemical dosing systems
2. Support process optimisation for water and wastewater treatment
3. Contribute to technical documentation and procurement activities
4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on project delivery
5. Participate in site visits andmissioning
Technical Exposure
6. Flow dynamics, pumping systems, and chemical processes
7. Wastewater treatment and sludge handling
8. Process instrumentation and control
9. Industry standards and environmentalpliance
What you'll need to succeed
10. Degree in Chemical Engineering (or nearingpletion)
11. Strong numerical and scientific ability
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD/Revit is a plus
13. Excellent teamwork andmunication skills
14. Full Driving Licence
