Full/Part time- South Shields.

We are looking for a friendly, caring person to join our team at our NHS dental practice in South Shields. We are large 9 surgery practice and regional referral centre for Sedation and Oral Surgery.
As one of our dental nurses, you'll be there as vital and reliable chair-side support any gain further training from our specialist and experienced clinicians.

Specific Skills and Key Requirements
* GDC registered (if qualified)
* NVQ Level 3 in Dental Nursing/Diploma in Dental Nursing.
* Valid Immunisations (Hep B)
* Maintain a strong emphasis on the patient journey and level of service provided.
* Ability to remain calm in a professional fast paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing clinical chair-side support to the dentist.
* Surgery preparation and decontamination of instruments.
* Reception cover, face to face and over the telephone, arranging appointments if required.
* Maintaining and updating patient records.
