Commercial Data Analyst (Power BI) - Hybrid West Northamptonshire (Hybrid - 3 days office / 2 from home) Competitive Salary (dependent on experience) Full-time, Permanent About the Role A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Data Analyst to join a well-established and growing organisation. This is a business-critical position, focused on delivering accurate reporting, monitoring supplier performance, and supporting key commercial decisions across the business. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, supplier performance tracking, pricing analysis, and profitability reporting, while also developing dashboards and improving internal reporting systems. Key Responsibilities Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales reports Manage and maintain supplier portal data, ensuring accuracy and compliance Track supplier targets and rebate performance Support biannual pricing cycles, including implementation and analysis Analyse cost increases and their impact on gross profit Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards and reporting tools Produce category and commercial performance reports Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders Continuously improve reporting processes and internal systems What We're Looking For Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, or commercial analytics Advanced skills in Power BI and Excel (VBA highly desirable) Experience with Fabric or similar data platforms advantageous Ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights High attention to detail and strong accuracy levels Excellent communication skills, comfortable liaising with suppliers Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines Experience working with sales data, supplier data, or pricing preferred The Opportunity This role offers the opportunity to become a key player within a commercially focused team, driving better business decisions through high-quality data and reporting.
