Salary: £28,080 (Base) + approx. £2,700 in tronc/tips = £30,784 Typical Annual Package
The Opportunity
Join the team behind the award-winning Sculthorpe Mill at our newly refurbished site, The Ship in Brancaster. We are looking for a CDP to help deliver our Mediterranean-inspired menu using the best of Norfolk's coastal produce.

The Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will have ownership of your section and play a vital role in our busy, high-standard kitchen. Key responsibilities include:
* Section Lead: Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality Mediterranean dishes using local Norfolk produce.
* Skill Development: Advanced preparation of meat and fish.
* Mentorship: Managing and training Commis Chefs to maintain our high standards.
* Kitchen Management: Assisting with H&S, food hygiene practices (HACCP), and portion/waste control.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience as a CDP or a Senior Commis Chef ready for the next step in a fresh-food environment.
* A passion for seasonal ingredients and Mediterranean flavours.
* Strong knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety regulations.
* A positive, hands-on attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
