Electrical Project Manager Location: Canary Warf office: Dartford Salary: Up to £75,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + package Reporting to: Operations Director Overview An established and growing M&E contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of electrical building services projects from initial handover through to completion. This role is responsible for the commercial, technical, and operational management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, and maintain strong relationships with clients and main contractors throughout the project lifecycle. Projects typically range in value from £100,000 to £5 million, across a variety of commercial and construction environments. Key Responsibilities Take full ownership and accountability for electrical project delivery, from estimating handover through to final completion and client training. Manage all aspects of project performance including programme, budget, quality, and resource planning. Act as the main point of contact for clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
