Are you an Operations or Production Manager with experience in bespoke joinery, cabinetry, or manufacturing, looking to oversee production flow and drive operational efficiency within a respected craft-led business?
Do you enjoy coordinating workflow between office and workshop teams, improving production systems, and ensuring projects move smoothly from design sign-off through manufacture, delivery and installation?
This company is an established bespoke furniture and fitted cabinetry manufacturer delivering high-quality interiors across residential and specialist commercial projects.
With a skilled team of bench joiners and furniture makers, the business is entering a new phase of structured growth and operational development.
This role would suit an Operations or Production Manager that is looking for a varied role within a luxury, bespoke joinery that offers an exciting opportunity to lead a highly skilled team.
The Role:
* Lead production planning and capacity management to ensure efficient workflow
* Chair regular production scheduling meetings and coordinate project timelines
* Coordinate workflow between office and workshop to maintain smooth delivery
* Monitor quoted vs actual hours and identify margin risks
* Support senior makers managing individual projects
* Oversee procurement planning and stock control alongside the office team
* Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
The Person:
* Experience within bespoke joinery, cabinet making, manufacturing or similar environments
* Supervisory experience
