Support Worker - Rosendale, Lydstep
£12.60 to £12.80 per hour
Full Time: 43.4 hours per week
There are also options for part-time and night shifts.
Additional Compensation: Annual location allowance of £1500.

You will receive £250 after completing shadow shifts and another £250 after 3 months (paid in the next payroll).

We are a leading organization committed to providing exceptional care to children and adults with complex needs associated with autism.
Located in Lydstep, with sea views and the Pembrokeshire hills, Rosendale offers a calm, supportive, and homely environment for up to six adults aged 18 and over. The main house features four en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge, a teaching area, and a kitchen/dining area. There is also a 2-bed self-contained flat.
Activities include beach days, cinema trips, and swimming adventures. The environment is dynamic and engaging.

A day at Rosendale includes:
* Meeting physical and emotional needs in a supportive environment;
* Supporting recreational activities, outings, and community integration;

* Keeping accurate records of activities, progress, and incidents;
* General housekeeping, including meal prep.
We are looking for candidates who:

* Are willing to learn and follow team guidance;
* Have basic IT skills for record keeping and communication;
* Are flexible to work shifts, including weekends and nights.
Note: This role involves regulated activity with adults and requires an enhanced DBS with barred list check.
