Your role as an Audit & Accounts Manager:
* Plan assignments in conjunction with the Partners
* Lead some of the largest and most complex assignments
* Planning and delivery of audit/accounts assignments
* Supervising junior staff during the audit and review their work
* Delivering the audit file to the assignment partners and associate partners in timely manner
* Identifying cross-selling opportunities and potential management letter points
* Coaching other staff for improved performance and technical development

What you'll need to succeed:
* ACA or ACCA qualified with post qualification experience
* Ability to apply audit standards through practical application
* Knowledge of UK GAAP
* Practical knowledge of the preparation of group accounts
* Knowledge of IFRS would be useful but not essential
* A particular interest or specialism in a specific sector would be beneficial
