In this role, you will:
* Deliver strengths-based assessments and person-centred care planning
* Work collaboratively with individuals, families, and partner agencies to co-produce sustainable support solutions
* Lead safeguarding enquiries and manage complex caseloads
* Provide professional guidance to colleagues and mentor junior staff
* Contribute to reflective practice and service development
* Confidently manage your caseload without supervision when providing emergency and crisis support outside of core hours, as part of the departments formal out-of-hours social work rota (up to 25 sessions per year)
