We support the development of Target Operating Models and transformation roadmaps. We lead workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions. We drive business process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives. We ensure end-to-end requirements traceability throughout project delivery. We contribute to bids and proposals by providing analytical insights and clarity.
