Van Drivers Required – Weekly Pay
Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced Van Drivers for a busy and growing logistics operation based in Birmingham.
This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, stable hours, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
The Role
As a Van Driver, your duties may include:
* Delivering and collecting palletised freight across Birmingham and ST postcodes
* Completing deliveries via forklift offload or tail-lift kerbside delivery
* Operating company vehicles safely and professionally
* Using powered pallet trucks provided onboard vehicles
* Completing allocated routes within required timeframes
* Using company delivery Apps and systems (full training provided)
* Maintaining communication with transport and operations teams
* Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
* Minimal manual handling required
* Completing multiple delivery runs per day depending on route allocation
* No nights out required
Key Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates who are:
* Aged 25 years or over
* Holding a valid UK Driving Licence
* Having a minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience
* Comfortable working independently
* Professional, reliable and customer focused
* Possessing good route planning and time management skills
* Having excellent spoken English
Driver Requirements
* Valid UK Driving Licence
* Maximum 6 penalty points for minor offences only
* No DD, DR, DU or insurance-related convictions
* No history of driving accidents or insurance claims (must be disclosed)
* Commercial driving experience essential
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
Pay and Benefits
