Main Responsibilities as a Business Development Manager
* Achieving, surpassing, and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
* Generating sales leads through personal networks, social media, online research, and LinkedIn
* Identifying opportunities for cross-selling/up-selling Focus Assured's additional products and services to an expanding customer base.
* Preparing and delivering sales presentations using branded MS PowerPoint templates.
* Providing weekly progress, pipeline, and sales reports directly to the Sales Director. Maintaining and managing prospect data in the CRM system.
* Participating in weekly sales meetings to update the team on progress and share best practices, either in person or via Skype.
Experience & Skills Required
1. Proven sales background and B2B sales experience
2. Verbal and written communication skills
