An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Service Manager for Community Mental Health care within the beautiful area of Argyll and Bute.
The successful candidate will have the oversight and management of the Community Mental Teams, Primary Care Team and the Perinatal Mental Health Service for Argyll and Bute.
The candidate will have excellent time management skills and be passionate about ensuring effective and compassionate support for those presenting with mental health concerns
The candidate will have drive, expert knowledge and enthusiasm to guide and support services and provide responsive and visible leadership to allocated services across Argyll and Bute HSCP.
This key role will involve working in collaboration with other Senior Professionals to manage, support and co-ordinate care within the Mental Health Services across Argyll and Bute.
You will have strong leadership and provide operational management to the teams whilst supporting multi-disciplinary service delivery.
Interested individuals will be a Registered Healthcare Professional and should have at least 5 years’ experience in a health leadership role. You should have a robust understanding of quality improvements and service development and a proven track record of managing people and evidence of improving care for patients.
