You'll be working for a division of the emergency services, based in Llantrisant, offering on-site parking to staff. The organisation operates a hybrid working system and flexible start and finish times within core hours. A standard DBS is required for all staff.
Your new role
1. Manage diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements.
2. Handle confidential information and maintain security protocols.
3. Draft, format, and proofread correspondence and reports, including preparation of formalmittee reports.
4. Maintain email inboxes and ensure timely responses.
5. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on actions
What you'll need to succeed
6. Experience of Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.
7. Ability to deliver service on time and meet tight deadlines.
8. A high-level understanding of confidentiality.
9. Experience of taking and transcribing minutes
10. Ability to maintain a confident and resilient attitude in highly challenging situations.
11. Ability tomunicate effectively both orally and in writing to a range of audiences.
12. Ability to work effectively with Senior Officers and members both within the organisation and external organisations.
