What you'll do:
* Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
* Solve problems quickly and delegate tasks effectively
* Create an environment for colleagues to succeed
* Manage store operations and team in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy
* Handle inventory, cash processes, and stock management
* Ensure customers have excellent experiences
What you'll need:
* Experience leading a team in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Ability to delegate tasks and motivate
* Patience and a friendly manner, remaining calm under pressure
* Passion for working as part of the store team
