The role:
Electrical Engineering Lecturer (Hourly Paid)
* Hourly Paid - Tuesday and Thursday
* Fixed term (31/08/2026)
* £18.23- £35.89 per hour, dependent of qualifications and experience
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, prepare and teach across levels, ranging from Level 1 to Level 3.
* Ensure teaching and learning strategies and teaching materials are planned and meet the varied needs of all learners.
* Assess and monitor learner progress, including the setting of targets, maintaining records or work and achievements.
* Ensure the learning environment is inspiring and maintain industry links to enhance the learner experience.
About you:
* Passion for the industry and teaching and learning.
* Passionate about the holistic development of each individual learner and groups of learners.
* Represent the college in a professional manner displaying integrity at all times.
* Possess a level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering.
