We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie to support our kitchen team and start as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
* Preparation and creative presentation of high-quality warm and cold meals
* Instruction and leadership of team members at any level
* Support of kitchen operations at all positions
* Acceptance of goods and quality control to ensure product standards and guest satisfaction
* Compliance with internal quality standards and hygiene regulations according to HACCP
* Ensuring smooth kitchen processes

* Completed training as chef/cook or relevant experience in gastronomy
