We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Specialist to join our UK team, based in our Birchwood Office, Warrington. Role responsibilities for: Entering customer orders to the ERP, CRM and other systems in a timely manner Creating items in the system based on standard attributes and management of customer cross references Management of incoming calls Provide product advice and recommend suitable products based on customer requirements via email, telephone and customer service platforms Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the specified time limits and follow up, where necessary, to ensure resolution Issue sales invoices as needed Undertake general administration tasks as required To support and develop the team in delivering a High Performing Culture Inputting eBay orders onto the ERP system Order processing Handling of catalogue and sample requests Answering Feefo / PayPal reviews as required Liaising with service providers Liaising with other departments as necessary Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution Maintenance of client customer portals such as but limited to Next plc, John Lewis and Robert Dyas Requirements and skills: Very good knowledge of English Familiar with CRM systems and practices Very good knowledge of Excel Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Customer centred We provide: Competitive rates of pay, dependent upon skills and experience Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm A range of excellent benefits including; Pension with a Company contribution of up to 5% Sick Pay, Life Assurance, Private Medical Cover and EAP 25 days Holiday per year plus Bank Holidays Option to buy or sell up to 5 days holiday each year Hybrid working once fully established in the role If you are looking for a role that will allow you to be associated with a company for the long term and have creative and analytical skills apply now We thank you for your interest in joining the Kleen-Tex family
