Key responsibilities will include, but are not restricted to: · Provide an efficient and effective office administration service by greeting visitors, answering the telephone, taking messages, filing and scanning documents. · Manage the company’s absence and holiday management system, ensuring accuracy of all records. · Manage the company’s employee training matrix, ensuring accuracy and validity of all records. · Maintain accurate records of company PPE/First Aid supplies. · Assist in HR processes such as onboarding, training coordination, and accurately maintaining employee records. · Assist in Insurance processes, such as performing employee driving licence checks, maintenance of company asset record and scheduling vehicle MOT’s. · Support the client onboarding process, focusing on the maintenance of necessary compliance documentation. · Completion of tender submissions as instructed.
