Trinity Lutheran College is seeking a Youth Worker - Middle and Senior Years to support the social, emotional, and educational development of students in years 6 to 12. The role requires a passionate and empathetic individual who can create a safe and inclusive environment where students can thrive academically, emotionally, and socially.

This is a full-time, permanent position commencing Term 4, 2025. Experience working with youth, preferably in a school or community setting, is essential, with relevant qualifications (e.g. Certificate IV in Youth Work or equivalent) required.
Applicants must hold a current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
Position Description and Application Criteria
* Support student wellbeing by building positive, trusting, and supportive relationships with students to foster personal growth, resilience, and wellbeing.
* Deliver one-on-one or group sessions, workshops, and age-appropriate programs that promote personal development, character building, and essential skills.
* Act as a role model and mentor, guiding students in life skills, decision‑making, conflict resolution, and positive behaviour.
* Work closely with teachers to monitor student progress, provide feedback on learning and behaviour, and assist with the development of study plans.
