Duty Qualified Criminal Solicitor – £35,000 – £50,000 depending on experience + Benefits – Hampshire The Role Are you a Duty Qualified Criminal Solicitor looking for the next step in your career? Fulchers Solicitors are seeking a Duty Qualified Criminal Solicitor to join our established legal team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a varied role covering Guildford, Aldershot and Basingstoke Courts and Police Stations. You will manage a busy caseload, represent clients at trial, and take part in the out-of-hours duty rota. Key Responsibilities: Apply for inclusion on local duty rotas for courts and police stations Conduct Magistrates' Court trials (and Crown Court where appropriate) Manage and progress your own caseload effectively Undertake on-call out of hours police station and court work on a rota basis The Company Established in 1984, Fulchers Solicitors offer legal advice and support for all types of legal matters, including conveyancing, family law, wills and probate, civil litigation and criminal law.
