Key Objectives Provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance operational workflows. Serve as a central communication point between teams, clients, and vendors. Maintain organized records and manage office-related logistics remotely. Responsibilities Manage daily administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation. Coordinate virtual meetings, appointments, and company events. Maintain and update digital filing systems and databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Assist with onboarding new team members and support HR-related documentation. Handle vendor communications, order office supplies, and track expenses. Support project teams with administrative needs to help meet deadlines and goals. Monitor and respond to general inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot basic technical issues. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a remote setting. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and common project management tools. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking is a plus. High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
