Cooking for a wide range of guests including School residentials, Afternoons tea's, Private events and weddings! The nature of the work may involve the jobholder carrying out work outside of normal working hours to include all Public/Bank Holidays. About You To apply for this post, you must: Hold a Basic Food Hygiene Certificate and be willing to undertake any required training. Have previous experience of ordering, cooking and stock taking. Menu Compilation – including with dietary requirements. Have basic knowledge of food safety and health and safety. Be able to establish rapport with customers. Be able to work as part of a team. Experience of supervising staff Knowledge of food costing. Menus planning and basic IT skills Have a flexible approach to work including working outside of normal working hours and the ability to travel to various locations.
