Primary Teacher – Full-Time, Part-Time & Supply Roles

Primary schools across Southampton are currently seeking qualified and enthusiastic Primary Teachers to join their teams for full-time, part-time, and day-to-day supply roles, with immediate starts available.

The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across the primary age range
* Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEN
* Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
* Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
* Work collaboratively with support staff and other teachers
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
* Experience teaching within a primary school setting
* Strong classroom management skills
* A flexible and adaptable approach
* A passion for teaching and supporting pupil development
