You’ll be supporting our amazing customers while picking and choosing the shifts you want to work. What you’ll do * Assist customers with their daily living tasks to develop their independence, achieve their goals aspirations and outcomes documented in their support plans * Support vulnerable customers in a variety of services * Support customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments * Carry out risk assessments, support planning, goal setting and regular reviews * Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Why join us This is more than a job – it’s a place where you feel valued.

You have * A level 2 or above, or equivalent in social care or being willing to work towards this * Passion to support our customers to live their best life, working together with an eye for detail * Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally * Experience of working on own initiative, remaining calm under pressure and having a resilient approach * A flexible, personal approach, listening to customers to understand their needs, recognising that every customer is different Stronger together We do our best work when we’re ourselves.

The great news is that we’ll pay your mileage! * Using technology for creating and updating support plans, doing mandatory learning and keeping in touch with colleagues * You’ll need an Enhanced DBS check done and we pay for that. What’s in it for you? * We’re a living wage employer.
