The role
As a Medical Risk Assessor, you will handle inbound calls from our travel insurance customers and will assess this information in line with policy terms and conditions, ensuring customers receive accurate, compliant, and supportive guidance.

Responsibilities of the Medical Risk Assessor
7. Conducting comprehensive medical risk assessments using an automated system, to evaluate the level of medical cover we can provide
8. Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of assessments and findings
9. Maintaining customer confidentiality
10. Ensuring that our company values are upheld
Requirements of the Medical Risk Assessor
11. A high level of competency in using computers is a prerequisite
12. Customer service experience – helpful but not essential
13. Be able to work under pressure
14. Be able to record data accurately and efficiently
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with our customers
16. Natural empathy and a flair for making a difference to our travel customers
