We are looking for a seasoned Reddit Media Buyer who understands that Reddit isn't "Facebook 2.0." We have a great product in the [Insert Niche, e.g., SaaS/E-com] space, but our current Reddit attempts are yielding high costs and low engagement. We need someone to take over our Reddit Ads account, optimize our pixel tracking, and actually drive profitable growth.
What We're Looking For:
Someone who "speaks" Reddit: We don't want corporate-sounding ads. You must know how to write Native Ad Copy that blends into the feed and earns upvotes instead of reports.
Subreddit Sleuth: Beyond the obvious "r/marketing," we need you to find the niche, high-intent subreddits where our actual customers hang out.
Technical Wizardry: You must be able to audit our Reddit Pixel setup. If we can't track conversions, we aren't spending money.
Comment Management: Reddit is a conversation. We need someone who can monitor ad comments, engage with the community, and neutralize "trolls" before they hurt our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Full management of Reddit Ads Manager (Campaign setup, scaling, and bid optimization).
Conducting deep audience research to build custom/lookalike segments.
A/B testing headlines and creative formats (Megathreads vs. Promoted Posts).
Providing weekly reports focused on CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and ROAS, not just "impressions."
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
Mandatory skills: Social Media Marketing, Internet Marketing, Marketing Strategy, Facebook, Reddit Marketing, Retargeting, Social Media Advertising, Campaign Management, Social Media Management, Instagram
