Project Manager – Technology & Change Delivery
Location: Edinburgh (Hybrid)
We’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to lead the delivery of a range of technology and digital change projects across a fast-paced, evolving business. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in smaller, agile environments and enjoys working across both strategic initiatives and technical detail.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading the end-to-end delivery of technology and business change projects
* Managing multiple workstreams—ranging from regulatory change to automation and efficiency improvements
* Collaborating with third-party development partners and ensuring projects stay on track
* Contributing to technical discussions—bringing enough tech knowledge to ask smart questions and shape solutions
* Overseeing UAT, non-functional testing, and ensuring successful implementation
What we’re looking for:
* 3–5 years’ project management experience across different industries and project types
* Comfortable working in smaller companies where flexibility, ownership, and adaptability matter
* Strong understanding of tech-led projects—financial services experience is helpful but not essential
* Confident managing third-party relationships and full project lifecycles
