Your new role
The business is seeking a Creative Product Lead to drive the development of their educational products from concept through to delivery.
This is a highly collaborative, hybrid role at the intersection of product ownership, creative leadership, and marketing strategy. You will play a critical role in shaping engaging, high-quality learning experiences while aligning creative output with both learner needs andmercial objectives.
Whilst not a traditional line management role, you will provide clear leadership by setting direction, prioritising workloads, and guiding creative excellence across our internal teams and will guide and support X3 mid-senior individuals within the design/marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Creative & Product Ownership
Own the end-to-end delivery of educational products, from concept to executionDefine product goals, requirements, and priorities in collaboration with stakeholdersEnsure all outputs meet educational objectives, brand standards, and user needsCreative Leadership & Workflow Management
Lead and coordinate the work of design, marketing, and web development teamsManage priorities, timelines, andpeting project demandsReview and provide constructive feedback to maintain high creative standardsAct as the key link between creative delivery and business strategyProduct Research & Innovation
Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities within the medical education landscapeDevelop new product ideas across digital, hybrid, and live formatsTranslate insights into clear, actionable product conceptsMarketing & Creative Strategy
Collaborate with marketing on positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategiesEnsure strong storytelling, design, and user experience across all touchpointsUse performance insights to inform creative and product decisionsExternal Vendor Management
Work closely with vendors including printers, AV partners, and production agencies.Develop clear briefs, timelines, and quality standardsEnsure delivery is on time, within budget, and to a high standardWhat you'll need to succeed
You will be a strategic, creative thinker with a strong product mindset and the ability to bring ideas to life through structured execution.
Experience
5+ years’ experience in product, creative, marketing, or related roles, either in-house or agency-based.Proven track record of owning or leading creative output across multiple channelsExperience in healthcare, medical education, life sciences, or B2B education is highly desirable.Background in fast-paced or lean environments with high levels of autonomySkills
Strong understanding of design principles with the ability to critique and guide creative workSolid foundation in marketing strategy, positioning, and audience engagementProduct-oriented mindset with experience turning ideas into deliverable solutionsExcellent prioritisation and decision-making abilities across multiple stakeholdersStrongmunication skills across creative, technical, and business teamsPersonal Attributes
