Job description
We are a small independent coffee shop looking for someone to join our team. People with previous catering or hospitality experience would be ideal. We are open from 8:30 AM until 4:30 PM, 7 days a week.
Needs to be flexible and willing to undertake duties on the shop floor and in the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Previous experience of working within a team
* A passion for food and drink and eager to develop their skills
* Ability to cope under pressure
* Adaptable and flexible with job duties
* Time flexibility
The duties:
* Preparation of food to a high standard
* General kitchen duties, including washing up
* Cleaning kitchen and café areas
* Ensuring food hygiene and health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
* Keeping track of stock
* Assisting in opening & closing of the shop
