The Benefits- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
£27,500 base salary with OTE in year 1 of £55k

The Role- Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Sourcing candidates via cold calls, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals etc
Advertising new roles on behalf of the client
Interviewing/ screening candidates
Guiding candidates throughout the whole interview process and providing advice/ feedback along the way
Business Development: Cold calling potential new clients & building a great relationship with the clients
Meeting new/ current clients to understand their exact hiring needs

Degree educated or relevant sales experience
