* Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (with flexibility for additional hours/On-Call)
* Sleep-ins: Not required

* Service Users: Young People aged 5-17 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and resilient Registered Manager to lead this service and make a lasting difference in the lives of young people.
You will
* Provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment
* Lead and inspire staff teams to deliver high standards of care
* Have strong knowledge of Ofsted, Children\'s Homes Regulations 2015, and safeguarding
* Demonstrate resilience, motivation, and commitment to positive outcomes
* Be flexible to join the On-Call Manager rota when required
Qualifications & Experience Required
* Diploma Level 3 in Children & Young People\'s Workforce (or equivalent) - essential
* Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or Level 4 Registered Manager Award) - desirable
* Minimum 3 years\' experience in residential childcare
* Minimum 2 years in a management role
