Job Title: Claims and Processing Administrator
Location: Hybrid - 1/2 days per week from our new Derby office (Pride Park)
Salary: £19428 (FTE £24,285)
Working hours: Part-time (30 hours per week)

We are looking for an experienced, methodical and curious Administration to join our team and be responsible for compliance checking and processing of learner and employer data. Is if you are a detail-oriented, self-motivated team player with a proactive attitude and a strong grasp of compliance requirements in an education setting, then we want to hear from you!
As a Claims Processing Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of learner and employer data. Your work will directly support our funding submissions and help maintain our excellent track record of <5% error rates.
Key Responsibilities:
. Review and verify compliance of learner journey paperwork
. Process ILR (Individualised Learner Record) data with 100% accuracy
. Liaise with internal teams and external partners to clarify data issues
. Support audit activity and implement corrective actions
. Deliver training on internal and external processes
. Uphold data security by ensuring all documentation is correctly stored
. Act as a positive ambassador for Babington, contributing to our mission and values
Essential Skills & Experience:
. Previous experience in administration and data entry
. Understanding and experience of compliance and ILR requirements
. Excellent organisational and communication skills
. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
. Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure
. Experience within the further education sector
. Understanding of government funding rules
. Level 2 Business Administration or similar qualification
