Parts Advisor - Blackburn
Our client, a fantastic employer, well established franchised dealer group, is looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor
You will be responsible for supporting the Group Parts Manager in the efficient running of the parts department including the showroom and goods inward area whilst maintaining effective and accurate communications with customers and the site Mangers.
Responsibilities of the Parts Assistant/Advisor:
1. To achieve a level of profitability that meets departmental, branch and company expectations.
2. Dealing with customers on a day to day basis whether face to face, phone or email.
3. Manage existing customer accounts and build new relationships with customers to increase/develop departmental growth and exceed customer expectations.
4. Maintaining all records efficiently and accurately as required, including the preparation of quotations and liaising with the Service department.
5. Manage stocks alongside the part manager to maintain correct stock levels and ensure orders are placed in a timely manner.
6. Ensure that information is communicated effectively and in a timely fashion to those departments that may be influenced in the service you are providing.
7. Adhoc duties as required.
Required Experience/Skills:
8. Kerridge/Drive experience preferred.
9. Knowledge and experience in either the agricultural, automotive or plant machinery industry.
10. Can remain calm under pressure.
11. Be organized and have the ability to multitask efficiently.
12. Proactive and methodical in approach to problem solving.
13. Work towards targets and objectives set.
14. Able to work alone and on your own initiative.
15. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
16. Excellent Organisational skills and Planning skills.
An experienced Parts Advisor with a proven track record (Will consider a Service Advisor)

Working hours/days: -
Monday to Friday; 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday: 8:30am - 12:30pm (alternate)
Salary: -
Basic - £25k
OTE - £33k OTE includes bonus and overtime.
