The post-holder will work across Navigo Services as need dictates and on an ad-hoc basis as agreed to meet organisational need. Members of the admin bank will assist in ensuring the service experienced is positive and service user confidentiality is maintained at all times. Treat all visitors i.e. service users, families/carers, colleagues and all visitors with respect, dignity, courtesy and in accordance with Navigo Values.
The post-holder will be responsible for maintaining up to date knowledge on Navigo policies, process and procedures and working within these at all times. The post-holder will assist in administrative duties under direction from the Admin Manager and Senior Administration staff within the provision of team requirements. The post-holder will undertake relevant duties required from time to time as requested by Management which correspond to the general character of the post and is commensurate with the level of responsibility To provide an efficient and effective administrative/clerical support service across all areas of Infrastructure and Operational Services as required. To provide an efficient and effective front line service to clients, staff, external agencies and members of the public, face to face, on the telephone and electronically.
