What You’ll Bring
* 4+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
* Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Service module required).
* Experience designing scalable and secure D365 architectures.
* Hands-on experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power Platform design best practices.
* Technical background with Azure, Azure DevOps (CI/CD), C#.NET, integrations, and custom connectors.
* Proficiency with Workflows, Plugins, Business Rules, Form Customization, CRM Administration, and JavaScript.
* Knowledge of integration tools like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, ADF, Webhooks, Blob Storage, and AD.
* Experience with Power BI and reporting architecture.
* Bonus: Familiarity with newer features such as Sales Insights, Customer Service Insights, Customer Voice, Copilot Studio, Power Pages.
* Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a solutions-driven approach.
* Experience working in agile or iterative development environments.
