Salary Range: $59,066.00 - $88,599.00
Responsibilities
* Installs, maintains and repairs all functions of electrical power apparatus, controls, electrical systems, and equipment throughout the Albany Medical Center.
* Checks apparatus for safety hazards.
* Installs and maintains nurse call systems, signaling systems, and fire alarm systems.
* Installs, maintains, and repairs various types of commercial, industrial, and residential appliances and equipment.
* Assists other tradespeople to complete projects as required.
* Assists in snow removal services.
Qualifications
* Minimum high school graduate or equivalent.
* Five years’ experience as a commercial electrician or controls technology.
* Excellent working knowledge of National Electrical Code, NFPA healthcare codes, and NFPA life safety codes.
