As a receptionist, you would be the primary contact for everyone contacting Herefordshire Mind, including those experiencing emotional distress, therefore a warm, welcoming, caring and compassionate nature is essential. You would support Managers and other senior staff across Herefordshire Mind, over the range of reception, administrative, marketing, HR and clerical function. You will also oversee and support a small team of admin volunteers. These are the Skills you Will Need to Succeed: Great communication skills, including English GCSE or equivalent Ability to multi task and manage a varied work load and prioritise tasks Evidence of a caring, compassionate and empathetic nature Good organisation and time management skills Confident user of MS Office including Outlook essential Useful if you’ve some Social media, websites or recruitment/HR systems experience – but not essential Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Good interpersonal skills, including professional telephone manner The closing date for this position will by Midday on 23rd June 25 This post will require an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
