Role overview
From day one, you’ll be trusted with real responsibility and exposed to all areas of our business. You’ll develop skills in:
* Customer Service: handle reservations, resolve enquiries, and build rapport with diverse customers.
* Sales and Marketing: connect with local partners and grow networks.
* Financial Control and Profitability: understand financial mechanics, cost control, and profit & loss statements.
* Operations and Logistics: manage fleet, plan strategically, and drive performance.
* Leadership and Development: mentor, train, and develop your own team.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but professional experience may be considered.
* You must hold a full manual UK or EU driving licence (accommodations available for disabilities).
* No drug or alcohol related offence on driving record within the last five years.
