 
        Credit Control Assistant Location: Ross-on-Wye Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 (DOE and qualifications) Contract: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP Join Our Team at HSL Compliance We’re looking for a highly organised and meticulous Credit Control and Finance Support Administrator to join our dynamic finance department. This is a vital support role, ensuring the efficient and effective management of credit control and cash collection processes across our group businesses. What You’ll Be Doing Your primary objective will be to provide operational and administrative support to the Credit Control function — helping maintain healthy cash flow and strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end process of new client setup on the finance system. Process credit notes and maintain accurate supporting spreadsheets. Proactively chase overdue customer payments via professional email and telephone communication. Manage the distribution of e-mail statements, reminders, and copy invoices. Investigate non-payment issues and liaise with internal operational teams to resolve queries. Conduct initial credit checks and assist the Senior Credit Controller with administrative tasks and queries.
