Your Purpose As an Account Manager, you’ll join one of our high-performing regional sales teams. Our teams are made up of individuals with a wide range of experiences and backgrounds, and we foster a collaborative, inclusive culture where everyone can thrive. Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts, positioning Molson Coors as a trusted and preferred supplier. Identify opportunities within your territory through thoughtful planning, research, and responsiveness to customer needs. Deliver brand and sales strategies that enhance the customer experience and drive advocacy for our products. Support customers in promoting and selling our drinks range through effective brand execution and tailored solutions. We’re looking for someone who: Strong Sales experience with a background in Account Management Previous experience of New Business development Previous experience with P&L Territory planning experience Brings strong communication and commercial skills to a variety of environments.
