Fortice are supporting several organisations aligned to the 'compass point' customers in London, that are scaling their NatSec consulting teams. We are recruiting experienced consultants, to work on large-scale transformation programmes at the sharp end of the secure domain.
You'd shape and develop capabilities, hand-in-hand with the customer, delivering tangible outcomes.
*Please note all applicants must hold the highest levels of UK Government clearance*
Ideally, you will be:
* Driven by the excitement and challenge of helping mission-focused secure customers solve some of the most critical strategic and operational challenges they face.
* Able to work with teams to help better integrate a broad range of existing and new capabilities both within the business and supplier ecosystems
* Willing to work on customer sites at least 4 days a week

* Implementing organisational change management practices to support iterative/agile working
* Stakeholder mapping and engagement
* Organising and prioritising requirements using techniques such as; product roadmaps, epics, user stories and backlogs
* Planning and leading workshops and interviews with stakeholders
* Reconciling the customer’s vision with user requirements
* Thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, including scaled-agile
* Good and effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Understands the operational environment and underlying domain-specific issues
* Experience of working in highly technical and/or large government departments
