09:00 - 15:00 Monday - Friday
The Best Connection are looking for a Customer Service Administrator for a company that manufactures and installs high-quality garden buildings across the UK. The role would involve supporting customers throughout their journey, handling administration tasks, and assisting the sales and operations teams.

Monday to Friday 09:00 - 15:00
Key Responsibilities
* Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email and online channels.
* Providing excellent customer service to customers and agents throughout the order process.
* Processing customer documentation, order acknowledgements and delivery notifications.
* Supporting after-sales enquiries and resolving customer issues professionally.
* Distributing customer sketches and obtaining approvals before production.
* Assisting with bespoke quotation requests.
* Carrying out general office administration, including filing, scanning and document management.
* Managing incoming and outgoing post.
* Coordinating the distribution of brochures, marketing materials and point-of-sale items.
* Booking accommodation and travel arrangements for installation teams when required.
* Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate customer records.
* Working closely with sales, production and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
* Excellent telephone and email communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a busy environment.
* Positive attitude and a willingness to support different departments.
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths preferred.
