They're looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance their CRM platform, helping streamline operations and drive smarter project delivery across the business. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and optimise Flows to automate business processes across Sales and Service Cloud. Own all aspects of Salesforce administration, including user setup, permissions, and data integrity. Create reports, dashboards, and custom objects to support data-driven decision-making. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver scalable solutions. Provide user support and training across teams. What We’re Looking For: 3 years of Salesforce administration experience. Proven expertise with Flows. Salesforce Administrator certification. Experience with Pardot is advantageous. Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
