We would like to expand Team Motion with a digital marketing specialist who thrives in a fast-paced agency setting to work with B2B clients in technical sectors.

Who we are looking for

We would like to expand Team Motion with a digital marketing specialist who thrives in a fast-paced agency setting to work with B2B clients in technical sectors. Join our talented team supporting and collaborating with the Digital Lead on the execution of digital strategies and ongoing updates of client websites. Interested? Read on.


Key responsibilities

* SEO: Optimise client websites for search engines, including keyword research, on-page SEO actions, backlink building and keyword analysis utilising SE Ranking.
* Online advertising: Implementing and managing online advertising campaigns, including PPC, display advertising and remarketing. Typical platforms will include LinkedIn, Google Ads and Bing Ads.
* Social media: Create and publish social posts, manage content calendars, engage with followers and analyse performance metrics.
* Website maintenance: Ongoing maintenance of client websites, including adding new pages/blogs, editing existing content, updating meta data and general website amends. WordPress experience is desirable.


Essential skills and experience

* 3+ years in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B or agency environment
* Strong SEO skills with experience in SE Ranking (or similar SEO tools)
* Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4
* Strong familiarity with online advertising tools
* Detail-oriented and data-driven with strong analytical skills
* Proficient with WordPress (or similar CMS)
* Ability to balance a range of tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
* Awareness of digital marketing compliance and ethical standards
* A self-motivated approach, as well as an enjoyment of working in teams


Desirable skills and experience

* Working knowledge of HTML/CSS to support minor web/email adjustments
* Familiarity with design software like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
* Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce
* CIM qualifications or other evidence of self-progression within marketing
* Technical acumen or background in a technical discipline
