Aramark UK are currently recruiting a Mess Services Lead to join our team working at Fort Royal Junior ranks, RMAS, Haig Road, Sandhurst, GU15 4PQ.
You will be responsible for managing the daily food service, hospitality bookings, cleaning, and your team, ensuring all daily tasks meet the business needs.

A day in the life of a Mess Services Lead:
* Ensure the delivery of food service, dining activity, cleaning services, and hospitality bookings, meeting client needs and presentation standards
* Coach, mentor, and train team members, ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety procedures
* Manage consumables and stock, place orders, conduct stock checks, and report needs or hazards
* Maintain daily cleaning standards and prepare areas for events
* Support and lead hospitality events, including bookings and payments
* Utilize management tools for costs and sales
* Complete relevant training and perform other tasks as assigned
* Lead retail and leisure upselling initiatives
You will be set up for success if you have:
* Resided in the UK for the past 3 years, with the right to work and pass security checks
* Food hygiene Level 2 certificate
* Health & Safety Level 2
* Supervisory experience in food services or retail (preferred but full training provided)
* Proficient spoken English
